December Kettlebell Workshop - Scottish Martial Arts Centre Tullibody. 

After the success of KB 1 in October Dave Jenkins IKFF CKT1 and CKT2 Functional Movement Dynamics Specialist , delivered a 3 hour Kettlebell 2 workshop at The Scottish Martial Arts Centre near Alloa on Monday 6th December, 7pm -10pm.

KB2 reinforced the good habits demonstrated in KB1 covering The Swing , The Snatch , The Clean ,Push Press Turkish Get-up and correct breathing for kettlebell sport.

KB2 introduced leg exercise with kettlebells such as The Squat , Goblet Squat ,Cossack squat , Straight Arm Squat and assistance exercises for The Pistol.

Finishing with Windmills and double jerks.

Timed sets and density training will be the format as usual.
